When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders placed before 8am CST on Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 8am CST will process the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and when our headquarters is closed also will process on the next business day.

Our headquarters is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

How Is My Order Shipped?

UPS is our preferred shipping method. Tracking numbers are provided via email with every order.

• Orders Less Than $250 – Ground Shipping
  Calculated rate is offered via UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 Business Days) for street addresses only.
  PO Boxes ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
• Orders More Than $50 – Free Shipping* (Excludes Custom Orders)
  Free shipping is offered via UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 Business Days) for street addresses only.
  PO Boxes ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
